Peak Season & Special Occasions

During peak periods (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, long weekends, and other holiday periods), stricter cancellation terms may apply. These will be communicated at the time of booking. Please confirm the specific policy when booking during peak season.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the control of either party, Emerald Resort will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to offer rescheduling or credit for future stays. Refunds in such cases are at the discretion of resort management.
