Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation or using our website. By booking a stay at Emerald Resort Diveagar, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Reservations & Booking
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Emerald Resort.
- A valid phone number and/or email address must be provided at the time of booking.
- Reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment or booking confirmation from the resort.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon). Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests at check-in.
- The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid ID cannot be provided.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels and respect fellow guests.
- Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Designated smoking areas may be available.
- Pets are not permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
- The resort reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the property without a refund for behaviour that disturbs other guests or staff.
- Any damage caused to resort property by a guest will be charged to the guest's account.
Swimming Pool
- The swimming pool is available during designated hours only.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in and around the pool.
- The resort is not liable for any accidents or injuries in the pool area.
- Proper swimwear is required. Street clothes are not permitted in the pool.
Liability
Emerald Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure. The resort's liability for any claim, loss, or damage is limited to the amount paid for the stay.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Raigad, Maharashtra.
Amendments
Emerald Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website.
